Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Super Contacts helps you remember people you meet. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. All data remains on your device under your control.

2. Data We Access On Your Device

  • Contacts: Create and update contacts in your address book.
  • Camera: Record a short intro video and capture a photo when adding a contact.
  • Microphone: Record audio with video.
  • Photos: Save and play the intro video and photo in your Photos library.
  • Location: Optionally save where you met (venue detection optional).

3. How We Use Your Data

  • On-device only: All videos, photos, and contact details stay on your iPhone.
  • You control saving: Features are toggleable in Settings and gated by iOS permissions. Disabling a permission turns the related feature off.
  • Recording others: Videos, audio, and photos captured while adding a contact may include the person you are meeting. You are responsible for recording in accordance with the laws that apply where you are, including obtaining consent where required.

4. Diagnostics and Support

  • Optional debugging: If you enable Debugging in the Support flow, additional logs remain on your device.
  • Support emails: When you choose Technical Support, logs may be attached to the email you send to us. We never receive logs automatically.

5. Third Parties

Anonymous analytics: We use TelemetryDeck to collect minimal, aggregated usage signals to improve the app. No personal data, content, or identifiers are sent (no IDFA, no tracking across apps).

6. Children’s Privacy

Super Contacts is not directed to children under 13.

7. Your Choices

  • Permissions: Change Camera, Microphone, Photos, Contacts, and Location access anytime in iOS Settings.
  • Deletion: Delete videos/photos in Photos and contacts in Contacts at any time. If enabled, you may delete associated videos together with a contact.

8. Changes

We may update this policy for clarity or compliance. We will update the Effective date above.
